His name is Constantine Demetriou, he's from Australia, and that's about all I could find out about him.

I've always heard him referred to as "Con Demetriou" (no s). Maybe you'll have better luck finding more on him that way.

The 1st anonymous is correct and I have changed the spelling. There is no "s" on the end of his name. My apologies.
