According to an article in Muscular Development Lou was the youngest two-time Mr. Universe champion, starred in television an in movies, is a reserve deputy in the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, and has after seventeen years returned to bodybuilding. Good for Lou!

OK, here we are 6 days after my last post. Why so long? It's because we in Connecticut got hit with a snow storm last Saturday and I only got my electricity back last night. There was an incredible mess out there on my street alone, not to mention the rest of the state.
