I would like to thank Mr. A. from Palm Springs for his generous donation via PayPal. A few days ago I had some problems with my donation button and Mr. A. was patient enough to retry.
The other day I was surfing around checking out some bookmarked sites and found these guys. I wish I could give credit to the site(s) they appeared on but I did not jot it (them) down. All I'm left with are the men. Gee. Anyway, thanks to the original poster(s).
I had a PayPal donation button and someone from Palm Springs was kind enough to attempt a donation. I had a problem with PayPal in that I had forgotten I had two accounts set up and only one was verified. Guess which one wasn't; that's right, the one connected to the button. I hope to have this business straightened out soon. I want to especially thank the gentleman who made the donation and apologize for having it denied. It meant quite a lot to me to think someone appreciated my efforts enough to donate.
Phil Heath as photographed by, and this gets confusing, either Chris Lund or Kevin Horton in the first pic (I suspect the latter) and by Chris Lund in the second.
To give you an idea of who Phil Heath is along with some biceps training tips is this video:
I've fallen behind in scanning (assorted things keep popping up) so here are a couple of videos. The first is TJ Humphreys (a favorite of mine) doing some posing and the next is of Jason Bard flexing his biceps. Enjoy.
