According to an article in Muscular Development Lou was the youngest two-time Mr. Universe champion, starred in television an in movies, is a reserve deputy in the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, and has after seventeen years returned to bodybuilding. Good for Lou!

Rob Kreider
I haven't seen much of Rob of late so it was a pleasure to find some pictures of him in REPS! magazine. The following picture I found on the Web.
A 2010 video of Rob. It's just my opinion but I liked him better without all that ink.
