This looks like Alex Federov. The profile looks like him. It looks his arm, and the gold chain is one he wears in many of his photos.
OK, OK, he's not Brian Yersky and he DOES looks like Federov. I got confused as the magazine did not identify the model, and so I've changed the title of the post. Thanks for catching the error.
