i also think its jessie pavelka, but what do i know...
i was wondering, do you have the december issue of muscle & fitness? i saw it somewhere but didnt grab it and when i returned it was gone, i absolutely love the cover image and other b&w images of arnold inside, in one of them he has little hair on his chest and in the other hes posing eating. i would be forever grateful (if you have the mag) if you scanned it. you have a beautiful blog and a wonderful contribution.

Agreed about it being Jesse Pavelka, there similar, but quite a difference, althought Jesse has tattoos on both shoulders.
