I've done some searching but can't come up with anything.
REPS! magazine clearly identified him as Claudio Da Monte, from Brazil.

    there might have been a misprint when you google claudio dumonte a lot of stuff comes up, he also goes by orso orfero

    From what little I can see of his face I'd say it's "Orso Ofeo" as he's know on Muscle Hunks website. Though that body of his is pretty unmistakable.
