More Con Demetriou
In a previous post a reader commented that Con was short and losing his hair; Many bodybuilders are under 6' tall and many men lose their hair. What I like about Con (and the other bodybuilders posted here) is that he doesn't let things like that prevent him from developing what nature gave him into something more. And that's what this blog is about.

Dennis Wolf and the 2008 Mr. Olympia (3)
"Bodybuilding is, always has been, and always will be about the personal preferences of whoever is looking at the physiques. Some people like my type of physique: taller, big and with good symmetry. Other people care more about size and don't really care about the shape and proportions so much. " Dennis Wolf

Dennis Wolf and the 2008 Mr. Olympia (2)
I didn't alter the background in these photos by Per Bernal, this is how they were published. It would have been nicer if the article had included some comparisons and they hadn't messed with the background.
From the article mentioned yesterday:
Ron Harris: Last year you were never compared to Jay Cutler, and this time you were, several times. Was it satisfying to finally be allowed to be compared to the two-time Mr. Olympia?
Dennis Wolf: It was a good feeling. I think everybody could see that even as flat as I was, once again Jay was not better than me. The scores didn't reflect that, but I think the pictures from the contest will bear it out pretty good.

Dennis Wolf and the 2008 Mr. Olympia
These are some pics by Per Bernal from Muscular Development (January 2009) where Ron Harris interviews Dennis on his fourth place showing at the 2009 Mr. Olympia. Many had expected him to win this year. Dennis says: "... I can tell you in all honesty and without even exaggerating that if I had stepped onstage two weeks before the show, I probably would have won. My condition was the same, but I was so much fuller at 285 pounds: shredded to the max."
I'll be posting some pics of Dennis from the Mr. Olympia tomorrow.
