In answer to Anonymous #1, I don't have any secrets. I use Corel Paint Shop Pro for filters and some image modifications and Adobe Photoshop CS3 for most image modifications. My scanner is an Epson Perfection V500P. I hope that helps.

Osmose, your scans are great. Can you reveal any of your secrets for removing halftone screens? Descreening software? Scanner? Thanks much. --Doug
