Lean & Mean: Hidetada Yamagishi








After his arrest on 6 felony counts and 3 misdemeanors in December, 2008 Hide was released after all but 1 misdemeanor charge was dropped and sent back to Japan. Now he's back in L.A. and training with Charles Glass. He's down to 208 lbs. from 220 lbs. and his arms have grown from 15" to a just over 20".

In Ron Harris' Muscular Development article he writes:
Time sure flies, doesn't it? Not long ago we were all
mulling over the results of the Mr. Olympia. By the time you read this, the Arnold Classic will be over and done with. Dennis Wolf's 4th place at the O and his missing the Arnold will be ancient history. Now Wolf is looking forward to his next date with destiny: the 2009 Mr. Olympia.
