A couple of nice images of Victor by Per Bernal.According to Wikipedia Victor was born San Francisco de Macoris in the Dominican Republic on July 29, 1973. Sidelined by a knee injury in 2008, he is scheduled to compete in the 2009 Arnold Classic (where in 2007 he took first place).
